I have been doing some reseach lately on the Acai forms that are best for the body and get the most nutrients in. I know that there are so many things that make it worth it when you are taking the acai in pill form. It is just a lot more convienet and portable if you have the pill.
Still, there are other acai berry forms, like powder and freeze dried. Every person I have talked to says that it is most important to get a form of acai that does not include the big seed in the middle of the fruit, but only the pulp.
